Since I have started posting on my instagram feed my sourdough creations, I have been amazed and humbled by the response, with over 61,000 likes for one of my posts and over 14K followers. People seems absolutely fascinated by sour dough and love my sharing as a private person, not as artisan bread consultant. So this is part of my life now and I post something most days now whether I am in Dominica, France or the UK, though I am still working as an artisan sourdough bakery consultant.
